At Pradern Vastra, we strive to provide you with high-quality ethnic wear and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

🔄 Replacement Policy (Size Issues Only)

We offer product replacements only in case of size issues, subject to the following conditions:

• You must request a replacement within 7 days of receiving the product.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

• Replacements are only processed once per order.

• Size replacements are subject to availability.

To initiate a size replacement, please email us at praderanvastra@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the product

• The new size requested

💰 Refund Policy (Wrong or Damaged Products Only)

Refunds are issued only if you receive a wrong product or a product that is damaged/defective upon arrival.

Conditions for Refund:

• Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

• You must provide photo/video evidence of the wrong or damaged product.

• The item must be returned unused and in original packaging.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days once the return is approved.
